Project Overview
The client’s marketing team was lean and lacked the technical infrastructure to scale outbound and inbound lead generation efficiently. Their investors were pressing for predictable growth and operational leverage — without dramatically expanding headcount.
Our goal was to design a system that could run autonomously at scale: constantly sourcing, enriching, engaging, and qualifying leads, while learning and improving through AI feedback loops.
Our Execution
We built a full-stack marketing automation engine from the ground up:
- Designed a data pipeline that pulled and enriched leads from multiple B2B databases.
- Implemented AI-driven content generation for outbound campaigns and ad creative.
- Created multi-domain email systems and multi-step sequencing in Instantly to maximize deliverability.
- Deployed performance dashboards to track engagement, conversions, and acquisition cost across every channel.
- Supported the internal BDR team with tools, scripts, and optimized outreach workflows.
